Membership Registration and Single Site License Agreement

END USER SINGLE SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND diy-myo.com, A TEXAS FORMED COMPANY. AS SUCH, YOU ARE MAKING LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE PROMISES TO US. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS ACKNOWLEDGED BY CLICKING THE 'I Agree' LINK BELOW.

RIGHTS GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSE

”TrailEyes™”, “Hunting Radar™”, “Hunter or Hunting Game Pager™”, “Camping or Camp Eyes™” “Remote Game Camera Trigger™”, Camp or RV Alarm Pager™” all refer to the motion detector triggered radio frequency transmitter and receiver systems, described by drawings, photographs, assembly instructions and other documentation, contained on www.diy-hunting-and-outdoors.com or associated URLs. "You" means the person or company who is being licensed to make and evaluate the TrailEyes™ system devices. "We," "us" and "our" means diy-myo.com and Dr. Archie C. Hamilton, Jr.

We hereby grant you a nonexclusive license to make and evaluate TrailEyes™ prototype devices as described herein. You have the right to use and alter TrailEyes™ for your own purposes as long as it does not breach any of the restrictions, representations, warranties or covenants of this agreement.

TITLE

We remain the owner of all right, title and interest of Traileyes™ name, use intent and associated documents.

You agree and acknowledge that TrailEyes™ is our intellectual property.

RESTRICTIONS

1. All entities that make use of TrailEyes™ must be successfully registered at www.diy-hunting-and-outdoors.com/registration.html 2. This license is NON-TRANSFERABLE. 3. No rights are given to distribute or re-sell any TrailEyes™ device or its' design assembly or use data in part or in whole. 4. You must not remove or alter any TrailEyes™, www.diy-hunting-and-outdoors.com links (including about and help links), copy write or trademark notices and branding text from the downloaded documents. 5. We have the right to limit the use of and access to these materials at anytime in the future.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

TrailEyes™ is provided as-is. We do not make any warranties, and shall have no liability to you with respect to your use of TrailEyes™.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSS.

USE AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for any and all use of TrailEyes™. This includes but is not limited to use that is unlawful or could be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Some States ban the use of radio communications for taking game. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the laws of your state. We do not promote the use of any product for illegal or harmful purpose.

INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

You acknowledge and agree that the unauthorized use, transfer or selling of TrailEyes™ or its components will substantially diminish the value to us and cause economic damage.

This license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

MISCELLANEOUS.

This Agreement and its exhibits contain the understanding and agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be supplemented, modified, amended, released or discharged except by a separate instrument in writing.

Your information will be held in strict confidence and not be given to any third party or used for any SPAM purpose.
