Falconry or Falconeering
Falconry is legal in all states except Hawaii. As in gun or bow hunting a falconer must have a state license but must also have a federal licenses to practice the sport. See the Birds of prey:
Eagles are sometimes used in the USA
Golden eagle is used exclusively in Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia
